Reservations

1. Any blocking or confirmation request should be requested via email.

2. Any confirmation request should include; name, passport number, dietary restrictions or allergies, place of lodging.
‍
3. The request for confirmation of the tour from the agency will be valid as long as it has written support from AGENCIA DE TURISMO HUELLAS DE DARWIN - DARWGALTRAVEL CIA. LTDA confirming the reservation.
‍
4. Once the reservation is confirmed by email, to reconfirm payment must be made in US dollars in cash or bank transfer, according to the payment policies.
‍
5. If it is a deposit or transfer, the deposit slip or proof of transfer must be sent to the email: darwgaltravel@gmail.com.

6. In the case of people who want to dive, the following information must be sent: what diving certification you have, date of the last dive, how many dives you have had.

PAYMENT POLICIES
1. For reservations 1 year or more days before the tour or package, 50% of the deposit is requested to reconfirm the reservation.
‍
2. 200 days Before the start date of the activity or tour there should be a 100% payment to guarantee it.
‍
3. 90 days before the tour, 100% payment for the activity is requested.
‍
TOTAL PAYMENT WILL BE MADE UP TO 15 DAYS PRIOR TO THE PROVISION OF THE SERVICE.

CANCELLATIONS AND PENALTIES

1. When requesting a cancellation, a penalty will be applied according to the date on which the cancellation is requested.
‍
• Cancellation between 200 or more days before the trip, penalty of 100% of the tour value.
• Cancellation within 90 days before the trip, penalty of 100% of the value.
• Cancellation 150 to 90 days before the trip, penalty of 100% of the value.
‍
2. The values of these penalties are not transferable to other reservations, whether present or future, with the exception of reservations that do not apply penalties.
‍
3. All cancellations must be requested via e-mail and the agency requesting it must have the acceptance of AGENCIA DE TOURISM HUELLAS DE DARWIN - DARWGALTRAVEL CIA. LTDA, in writing and via email.
‍
4. There is no refund for cancellations in situations beyond our control or force majeure, such as flight cancellations, natural disasters, pandemics, illness, death or other situations that are beyond our control.
